　　1文中说下学期开始，学生将不被允许在学生活动中心外面的墙上张贴海报，因为海报使建筑难看，海报可以贴在餐厅的海报栏里。女生不认同，她说如果不给贴，那个建筑就会变的很boring，就是光秃秃的水泥墙，海报使建筑看上去有艺术感，使它具有性格和个性，海报常常变化，也使得建筑不那么沉闷。关于海报贴在餐厅外，女孩说不是所有人都在餐厅吃饭，课后有的人吃点零食，有的在外面吃从家带来的饭，这样的话，他们就看不到贴在餐厅外的海报，可能会错过很多announcements.

　　1、阅读关于一个心理学上一个有顺序记忆东西的方法L。听力教授讲用这个方法有两步 ， 现 标 记 landmark ， 比 如 from your dorm to student center. the first thing you see is the front door, then the tree, then the status in front of library then the building. 再 一 一 对 应 。 比 如 to memorize planet in solar system. make Mercury as front door, Venus as tree etc. 选的东西要vivid，更好记

　　2、social learning：one way to learn from watching other ’s behavior; lecture: 妈妈带孩子去商 店买东西;女孩看到了想买的玩具，妈妈一开始不同意买，女孩哭了，妈妈就给他买了，旁 边的男孩看到了，他下次遇到想买的东西也会通过哭来让妈妈买;相反，如果，妈妈不理女 孩的哭闹， 而且还回家后不让女孩看她喜欢的电视来惩罚她， 这样男孩就不会通过哭闹来让 妈妈卖东西

　　3、competence 的两个阶段 consicous和unconscious.用了typing来作为例子说明在conscious阶段 比如刚开始学习typing paper 他必须全神贯注并且在和他谈话时 他必须专门停下来因为不能够同时作两件事 所以导致的结果就是他打完一篇文章很慢 但是那个时候的错误也比较少.在unconscious stage 人们通常认为自己已经完全学会了这项技能 所以不再聚精会神，常常一心两用 所以他打字慢慢变快而且常常边打字便和寝室同学对话 但是这样做的结果就是他在打字的时候犯的错误也便多了,题目就是让你summerize整个材料大意 还有如何用例子来说明观点的。

　　2学生付不起自己的房租了自从从学校搬到外面去之后。不过他有两个办法，一是找一个室友，一起分担房租，但是自己的隐私就没有了，不能想听音乐的时候就听音乐，打电话什么的各种不方便。第二种方法就是， 他可以去他们家楼下的餐馆打工可以赚钱来付房租。不过只能在星期五和星期六的晚上，但是那个时间是他会和他朋友出去玩的时间，那样他就没有social activity的时间了

　　3男生要去旅行，但是相机坏了。方案一，他可以买一个新的，但是太贵了，他还想攒钱去旅行。方案二，他可以跟朋友借，但是很怕弄坏了或者弄丢了。

　　1、Marketing广告既要有语言又要有图像来吸引顾客。举例：旅游公司推广seaside既要给出好看的图片(colorful and striking景色，beach and skies), 又要用文字描述哪里好。

　　2、关于鸟类如何自我调节准备移民The lecture talks about how birds make self-adjustment to prepare for migration.

　　1)First, some birds may experience physical change. For example, to prepare for long distance flight, migrating birds have to store sufficient amount of energy to sustain their flight and to reduce the times they have to stop over for rest. So they would eat a lot more than they usually do to reserve energy in the form of body fat.

　　2)The second adaptation is behavioral change. During migration journeys, some birds that usually live on their own begin to act more socially. They form into a group with other birds so they can protect better themselves as a whole from predators.

　　3、主题是hatching communication

　　第一个例子是鸭子。鸭子在破壳之前会互相send signal用以保证同时破壳。因为后破壳的可能被母亲遗忘而难以生存。

　　第二个例子是鳄鱼。小鳄鱼会在蛋里喊妈妈，帮它们清理蛋上的mud，从而使它们顺利破壳。
