　　· So much is certain that by spending money on sports, students can better their physical fitness and cultivate the sense of teamwork, both of which may prove very important in future studying.

　　· Common sense tells us that not all the students are interested in arts which may lead to the low rate of utilization due to the poor coverage of students who are inclined to take those courses.

　　· It is a sure bet that volunteering is also said to be the optimal option for students to expand the outlook and harvest the self-actualization, and it is equally true that volunteering activities can be continued without the funding from schools.

　　1. 公路是用来运输commodies和people的。用公路可以很方便的把货物运到需要的地方，也可以把劳动力输送到需要的地方，促进贸易。

　　2. religinous function。这些公路有东西南北的标志。那里现在的人有相似的习惯来纪念祖先来的地方。所以这些公路可能是religionious function甚至用于ceremony.

　　3. 自卫defence。像罗马帝国一样修建很多公路，方便防卫。

　　听力部分:

　　三个解释都不对。

　　1. 如果公路做来运输那么公路之间应该有必要的connection;另外，马路宽ten meters 那时候没有交通工具，运不了大动物，只能运食物什么的，但是运这些on foot就可以，所以那公路没必要修建的这么宽。

　　2. 现在生活在那里的人现在住在那里的人和过去住在哪里的人不是完全一样的，他们的belief也不完全相同。用现在人的习惯解释以前人的习惯不合理。

　　3. 自卫说不通。一方面公路太多了，守卫这些公路需要很多guards，根本没那么多人;另一方面，敌人也能利用这些公路，可以用来移动或着入侵，因此这些公路会让防守更困难。
